Communication is all about the sharing of information and talking to family and friends comes under this heading. Being able to build relationships at home, at work and socially is really what makes the world go round and communication is the key.

I have been working with David Simpson of the results driven company Mainstream Marketing UK Ltd and looked at how we can improve communication when using the telephone and this can be more challenging than it initially seems. Many of us prefer seeing someone face to face to communicate their message, but this isn’t always possible so the telephone becomes a necessity.
